Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate your purchase of our services at Taxmate Corporate Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Taxmate”). Please read this policy and the Taxmate terms and conditions carefully as they will provide important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.

We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service purchased by you from Taxmate. However, if for any reason, we are unable to provide the service you purchased from us, you shall be entitled to a refund subject to the following situations:

Visible Deficiency

The refund shall only be considered if there is a clear, visible deficiency in the service purchased from Taxmate.

Change of Mind

If a customer has paid for a service and then requests a refund solely due to a change of mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Taxmate.

Completed Work

Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work has been shared with you in the event of a change of mind. However, we offer the option of using the amount paid by you for an alternative service of the same value at Taxmate. The amount can be applied in part or whole towards the new service.

Time Frame

If the request for a refund is raised more than 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service has been completed and the completion has been communicated via email or any form of communication, the refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.

Refund Approval

If the request for a refund is approved by Taxmate, the same shall be processed and communicated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 7 (seven) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
