1. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team at support@taxmate.co.
- Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your prepaid period.
- No further charges will be applied to your account after cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied with our services. To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Conditions for Refund:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Refunds are only applicable to the first-time purchase of a subscription.
- Renewal payments are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@taxmate.co.
5. Exceptional Cases
In case of any service disruption from our end that lasts for more than 48 hours, we may provide pro-rata credits or refunds at our sole discretion.
